Queen Meresankh III was the daughter of Hetepheres II and Prince Kawab and a granddaughter of the Egyptian pharaoh Khufu. She was the wife of King Khafre. The middle pyramid or the white capped pyramid is the Khafre or Khafra Pyramid.
